Kaxdigoowu Heen Dei also known as the Brotherhood Bridge Trail. There are actually three paths along the way, the paved walking trail, a horse trail, and a hiking trail that winds around through the woods, but never too far from the main trail. The trail is nicely paved and mostly flat. It starts off through the meadow with a view of Mendenhall Glacier. Our friends joined us again this week, the 4 older boys are once again forging ahead. Hello again! The purpose of this page will be to record our adventures in Alaska. We left California (and our Lemon Tree) on July 27, 2019 and arrived in Juneau, Alaska on August 12, 2019. My intent is to mainly post pictures and not as many words. Possibly a post will cover the month, or maybe not. It's a thought in progress. However it turns out, I hope you will enjoy an inside view of life in Alaska.
