Falls and Birthdays

Image
Today we toured Snoqualmie Falls and celebrated Zachary's birthday with Gma, Grandpa, Aunt Nichole, Uncle Harry and Elsie.  Elsie was very excited to give Zachary her gift.

The Journey Begins

All of the boxes and things were packed into wooden crates to be loaded onto a container ship. The moving van pulling away with the last load of crates. Saying good bye to Best Friends.  Instructor Alex at his last class. There was a newly started fire in the pass. We were able to see the flames, but not capture them in a picture. Grandpa Farrow flew down to Alameda to help us finish up the move and drive our 2nd car to Washington. We needed his assistance because Phil was already in Alaska working. One car on the ferry, one car on a barge. Alex rode to Washington with Grandpa and made the trip in one day. Zach, Mady, Caesar and I followed at a more leisurely pace. We stopped for the night in Eugene, Oregon. Rest stop in Southern Washington to give Caesar a small break.
