North of the Lemon Tree

The end of the road to the south, through Thane.  Brilliant colors of sunset.  An eagle on the edge of Gold Creek with the Federal Building in the background.  Eagle along the Whale Walk  More waterfalls on the mountain side.  A bear chair.  An early dusting of snow.  Look closely, there's a rainbow in the fog.  Such a beautiful lake and day. Mady's first Home Depot project in Alaska. The setup in very nice, with stacks of wood at different heights, and inside the clean store (not a filthy parking lot).

Zachary has joined the Juneau Capitals U12 hockey team. There are practices 3 days a week and a game on Saturday. Luckily we don't live too far from the rink.
