We tried to hike the Flume Trail. It starts just up the hill in our neighborhood.
But, the trail was washed out.
Another 2nd grade field trip. This time to the Alaska State Museum.
I met Zachary's class at the glacier for their field trip. While I was waiting I saw this iceberg in the lake.

Santa Skate!
The Thanksgiving Project is an ornament frame. I like to print a picture of them making the ornament to display in the frame.
Our tradition of having crab or sushi for Thanksgiving dinner was put to the test this year. Most of the restaurants in town are closed for Thanksgiving, but we were able to find one place that was open. We enjoyed a more traditional buffet meal at a hotel downtown.
I don't remember which month this happened, but the elementary school takes the classes to the cemetery for a leaf pile day.
